Global population is at an all-time high, however the quest for being and/or finding "the one" remains central to the human narrative. And in fact, at times serendipity (or fate?) happens to do wonders and special bonds are made: suddenly a face out of million becomes distinct and special, no matter how replacable it may be on the grand scale of things. ONLY ONE visualizes the absurdum in the notion of "you are the only one", featuring a (pre-Covid19) b/w photograph of an undefined and almost uncountable number of people - yet clearly identifiable as different individuals.
